Info for guests

The wedding will take place at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday September 24, 2011.

It will be at the Eagle Rock Center for the Arts, at 2225 Colorado Boulevard in Los Angeles (east side of Rockland, north side of Colorado).

Parking
Please park in the lot of the Bank of America.  The Bank of America is a block west on Colorado, on the same side of the street, at 2263 Colorado Boulevard (east side of El Rio).  Please note that this will involve a walk of about a block.  Parking is free, and the two-level lot will accommodate everyone easily.

Food
The wedding will be ovo-lacto vegetarian (food may contain eggs and/or dairy).  If you have special needs (e.g., vegan, allergies), please let us know ASAP, and we'll do our best.

Attire
Wear what you like; be comfortable.  Sensible shoes are always smart.  Jon and Liz, however, are likely to be wearing something slightly more dressy than they might on your average Saturday.

Your Participation: Songs
We're asking all of our guests to help us with the evening's music.  As we compile a playlist, please tell us what songs you'd like to hear.  Send us a list of three (or so) songs, and we'll do our best to find them and put them into the mix.  Thanks for your help!

Gifts
Hey, thanks for asking!  If you'd like to get us something, we'd most appreciate gift cards to places we're likely to patronize (Von's is always a good choice).  Contributions to our honeymoon fund are also most welcome.

Kids
We love your kids, really!  But we'd like our wedding to be adults only.

Things to See & Do
If you're going to be spending some extra time in L.A., there's lots of great things to do.  Some great places to visit include the Museum of Jurassic Technology, Watts Towers, and the Scientology Celebrity Center.  If you like outdoorsy things, you can go hiking in Griffith Park.  And there's always the beach.  AL also recommends this great list of must-see attractions that Homer Simpson recently put together when in L.A.  And MF has these recommendations.
